Underage Buying? Age In the Uk you have to be 18 years old to buy alcohol. We treat this law very seriously, as it is our licence on the line if it emerges that we have sold to anyone under 18. If you are under 18, then you would be breaking the law, and lying if you placed an order. If it is a gift for a family member then ask another family member over 18 to place the order for you. We do run a system whereby we run random age checks, and will automatically cancel any orders where we suspect the purchaser is under 18 |
